Craftsmanship in a modern form

Malita was born from the combination of two worlds – craftsmanship and the need for aesthetics. I studied art history, which is why form, proportion, and material have always been important in my life. Over time, I naturally began to combine this sensitivity with furniture design. Every project starts with an idea – sometimes a sketch, sometimes an image in my head.
The most fascinating moment comes when a vision begins to materialize into a real object.
It's the moment when a project becomes more than just an idea.

Process

Today, our furniture is made in a family carpentry workshop. Over time, a team of people who share our attention to detail and quality of workmanship has formed around Malita. It is here that the design meets craftsmanship, and every stage of creation is based on experience, precision, and a conscious approach to the material.
We don't accept half-measures. Every piece of furniture is made with attention to the smallest detail, because we believe that true quality is born in the details.

Every idea starts with a sketch. Design is a space for experimentation for me.

I like to discover new materials and look for combinations that are not obvious at first glance. That's why our projects feature combinations of wood, microcement, or resin. Every material has its own nature – our task is to bring it out and let it become part of the form.

One of the most inspiring elements of our work is collaboration with architects and design studios.
Each project is a new perspective on space, material, and proportion.
Such meetings often lead us beyond established patterns and allow us to create things that we wouldn't have designed ourselves.
It is precisely in dialogue that the most unexpected solutions are born.

Where nature becomes form

The greatest emotions arise at the moment when a design from paper begins to truly exist.
When a vision that was just a sketch turns into furniture.
And even greater satisfaction comes from the moment it finds its place in an interior and begins to live with its owners.
It is for these moments that Malita was created.

Although today we work with wood, microcement, or resin, we do not consider this a closed chapter.
Malita is a carpentry workshop at heart — a place where material is the starting point for further exploration.
We experiment, try new solutions, and constantly develop our projects.
We know that this story is just beginning…
